Thirty-four women will be recognized at the 53rd annual awards event
FARGO, ND (March 16, 2026) — Join YWCA in celebrating thirty-four inspiring women who shape the Fargo-Moorhead community through their passion, service, and achievements. This signature event, attended annually by over 800 people, carries a legacy of celebrating inspiring leaders, mentors, and visionaries.

Proceeds from this event support the mission and programs of YWCA Cass Clay.
During the 5:30pm social hour, more than 800 attendees mingle, try their luck winning incredible raffle prizes, and take home fine wine from Happy Harry’s Mystery Wine Wall!
The dinner and program begin at 6:30pm. All nominees are honored on stage with the evening culminating in the announcement of this year’s recipients in ten award categories.
The Flint Group Gold Gallery is a stylish and immersive space where the significance of this legacy event blends with a vibrant social atmosphere. Attendees will feel the energy of the evening through a live-streamed broadcast surrounded by an audience gathered to celebrate inspiring women in our community.
