Concordia students host pageant to aid YWCA emergency shelter

MOORHEAD — Local college students are rallying to support women and children escaping violence and homelessness.

The YWCA Emergency Shelter in Fargo continues to face capacity challenges, operating at or above its limits daily. While the organization works with area providers to expand affordable housing complexes, students at Concordia College are stepping in to make a difference.
