Holidays at YWCA Cass Clay

BRIGHTEN THE HOLIDAY SEASON FOR A FAMILY IN NEED

Your holiday giving brings joy at YWCA Emergency Shelter and Housing Programs. Trees, lights, Santa wish lists, and gifts are just a few ways that we spread joy to our families during the holiday season. YWCA staff work hard to bring festive cheer, but we can’t do it without you, especially this year.

CHECK OUT OUR INCREDIBLE EVENTS BELOW TO SEE THE WAYS YOU CAN MAKE THIS SEASON BRIGHTER FOR FAMILIES IN NEED!

Unique Boutique

Each December, YWCA’s Unique Boutique is brimming with new gifts for kids, teens, and moms, thanks to the generosity of our community. At no cost to them, women and children staying at the shelter find the perfect gift to give their immediate family members.

You can bring this special event to life by donating new gifts for a specific family calling YWCA home over the holidays.

Registration for Unique Boutique has closed for this year! Thank you to everyone who has signed up to give this holiday season.

ADOPT-A-FAMILY

Adopt-A-Family is a holiday giving program for our Supportive Housing program participants.

For many parents living in supportive housing, purchasing gifts for their children simply isn’t an option due to other critical financial priorities like food, utilities, and paying down debt. When you adopt a YWCA family, you bring joy by making gift-giving one less worry this holiday season; ensuring that every parent and child served by YWCA has a gift to open at the holidays.

Registration for Adopt-A-Family has closed for this year! Thank you to everyone who has adopted a family this holiday season.

FILL A HOME WITH HOPE

Fill A Home With Hope is a giving program for our Supportive Housing Program participants. YWCA currently has 70 apartment units in the community dedicated to providing safety, stability, and hope to once-homeless individuals and families, many of whom are survivors of violence.

We invite you to Fill A Home With Hope by providing household basics such as kitchen items, bathroom basics, bedding, and more.

This is a great opportunity for individuals, businesses, clubs and church groups!

We ask that all donations are delivered to YWCA Emergency Shelter (3000 S University Dr., Fargo). Scheduling a drop-off time is preferred using the form below.
