Transform LivesThe YWCA Cass Clay is part of a membership movement dedicated to the empowerment of women and children and the elimination of racism. For over 100 years, the YWCA Cass Clay has provided women and children in this community with educational and leadership opportunities, support and encouragement, as well as safe and affordable housing. Emergency ShelterThe YWCA Emergency Shelter provides safe housing to women and children, along with advocacy and education. The YWCA is the largest provider of shelter services for women and children in North Dakota and Northwest Minnesota. It is a secure facility, staffed by trained professionals 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Along with housing, the YWCA Emergency Shelter provides emergency food, personal items, transportation assistance, emotional support, and comprehensive case management. A Child's WorldA Child's World (ACW) is dedicated to providing quality care that will enrich a child's unique social, emotional, physical and intellectual development. We are committed to providing care in an environment that supports the needs of all families, regardless of their social, ethnic, or economic status. ACW is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. We are also licensed by the Department of Human Services and follow the USDA Child Care Food Program. We provide care to children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. Our all day Kindergarten program offers small class size and runs from September to May. The curriculum follows that of the Fargo and West Fargo schools for easy transition. |
